Purpose of the website
The Suntech Systems website is operated by Moshe Goldman and provides general information about IT services, infrastructure, information security, backups and equipment. These terms govern use of the website; client service terms, scope, price and responsibility will be agreed separately as part of the relevant engagement.
Information and service engagement
The service descriptions and examples provide an initial introduction. They are not a diagnosis of a particular system or a recommendation to make technical changes without an assessment suited to your environment. They do not guarantee a particular result, immunity from security incidents or full data recovery.
Browsing the website does not constitute a service order or create a financial obligation. The website has no online purchasing or payments. The form is intended to submit an enquiry through Web3Forms. Confirmation that the service has accepted an enquiry means only that it has been accepted for processing; it does not confirm delivery to the recipient's mailbox or commit to a response time. A service proposal and engagement will be arranged separately.
Accuracy and availability
Technical information may change, and the website may contain errors or omissions or experience temporary interruptions. Before relying on material information for a business decision or system change, check that it is applicable and current. Continuous website availability is not guaranteed.
Liability relating to the website will be determined by law and the circumstances.
