Good questions.
Clear answers.
How the work is carried out, which systems are covered and what the service involves. Start with what matters to you.
Can you bring our IT management together under one service?
Yes. Support, maintenance, servers, email, networks, backups and supplier coordination can be combined in one service. At the outset, we define which systems are included and how responsibilities are divided.
Do you work personally with the client?
Yes. You work directly with me, Moshe Goldman. I am involved in understanding the need, carrying out the work and coordinating it. When a software supplier or another specialist is required, the work is coordinated around each party's role.
Do we need to replace equipment or software before getting started?
The work begins with a review of the existing environment. Sometimes a configuration change or maintenance is enough; in other cases, an upgrade or replacement is justified. Recommendations are based on your needs and the actual condition of the systems.
We already have software and communications suppliers. How do you fit in?
I bring the technical information together, clarify requirements and coordinate actions with the suppliers. On a joint project, we define who prepares the infrastructure, who handles the application and which checks are needed at the end.
Does the service include Microsoft 365?
Yes. I handle operational aspects of email, users, permissions, licensing, MFA and protection, as well as the connections between cloud services and on-premises infrastructure.
Do you also handle computers, printers and everyday issues?
Yes. Day-to-day support is part of the work: new computers, connections, mapped drives, printing, permissions and problems that prevent users from working.
How do you approach a recurring problem?
We collect the details, check when it occurs and what has changed, and examine the systems involved. The findings determine the response and any further checks.
How do you plan a change to a server or business system?
We map dependencies, check the software supplier's requirements and define the sequence and timing of the work. Planning also covers backups, recovery options and post-change checks.
What happens when a backup fails?
We examine the report and the backup job itself: which data was included, where the process stopped and whether the cause involves capacity, connectivity, permissions or a read error. After addressing it, we check the result of the next run.
Can you know in advance that all data will be recovered?
Recovery depends on the condition of the source, the integrity of the copies and the information they contain. The assessment establishes what is available and what can be restored, with results and limitations documented during the work.
Can you help us work with information security suppliers?
Yes. I help bring information together, clarify requirements and carry out infrastructure and operational work. Specialist investigations or work are coordinated with the appropriate party and an agreed division of responsibility.
Do you prepare system documentation?
Yes. Depending on the scope, this can include preparing and updating IT environment documentation, maps, system inventories, change records and supplier and licensing information. The documentation also supports knowledge transfer and ongoing maintenance.
Do you use AI tools in your work?
Yes. I use them for research, analysis, documentation and building supporting tools. I check the output against the data and the operational context before relying on it to take action.
Can you set up an employee awareness questionnaire?
I have experience defining and building a digital process for questions, declarations and submission records. The content, information collected and required checks are defined around the organization's needs.
How do we get started?
With a conversation about your environment, the issue that needs attention and the people involved. That initial understanding helps define the scope of work and the next step.
