About this website
The Suntech Systems website is operated by Moshe Goldman and provides information about IT services. This policy applies to the current version of the website, which has no user accounts, online purchasing or online payments.
Information processed while browsing
The website is hosted on Vercel infrastructure. Technical access data is processed to display pages, operate the infrastructure and keep it secure. This may include IP addresses, request details, browser and device information, and system logs. Processing may also be carried out by Vercel's infrastructure providers and outside Israel, including in the United States, depending on how its services operate. Your choice about non-essential uses does not prevent technical processing required to operate the website.

Cookies and local storage
The current website code has no analytics tools, advertising pixels or marketing trackers. The website's design images and fonts are loaded from its own files.
Your choice about non-essential uses is saved in your browser's local storage. The record contains only the preference version and your choice, without a visitor identifier. It remains in the browser until you change your choice or delete the website's data. You can change it using “Cookie preferences” at the bottom of every page. If the browser does not allow storage, the choice applies only to the page you have open.
The default is to decline non-essential uses. Accepting does not currently activate any additional service either. Any new use will be accompanied by updated information and appropriate consent where required; the current choice is not blanket consent to future uses.
The accessibility button's minimized state is saved in the browser's sessionStorage to retain your choice as you move between pages in the same tab. Only a state value is stored, without a visitor identifier, and it is not sent to the server. You can undo the minimized state by clicking the accessibility icon. Storage is limited to the browsing session in that tab; if the browser blocks storage, the state applies only to the open page. Other accessibility settings are not retained between pages.
Enquiry form
The form sends your name, email address or phone number, enquiry and urgency selection to Web3Forms so the enquiry can be forwarded to Moshe Goldman at moshe@suntech.co.il and he can respond. This is the only recipient address configured for these enquiries. Providing details is optional, but the form cannot be submitted without a name, enquiry and at least one contact method. Do not enter passwords, access codes or sensitive information. Your browser may offer autofill based on your own settings, separately from the website's operation.
According to the selected Web3Forms plan, enquiry history is retained by the service for 7 days. This period applies to enquiry history; it is not a guarantee that all service data, backups or infrastructure logs are deleted within 7 days. An emailed copy may remain in the recipient's mailbox for longer. Web3Forms screens enquiries for spam. The form also includes a hidden field to help filter automated submissions. The submission and spam-protection services may process technical data, including IP addresses and browser and device information, and use cookies according to their policies. Web3Forms states that IP and email addresses may also be shared with its spam-filtering providers. Data may be processed outside Israel. Data retention and security
Enquiry details are sent directly to the submission service and are also retained according to the operation of that service and the recipient's mailbox. Infrastructure data retention depends on the type of data, hosting services and their settings; this document does not promise deletion within any particular period. No online system is completely immune to faults or unauthorized access. This does not affect any obligations imposed by law.
Rights and enquiries
Subject to the law and its conditions, you may request access to personal information about you held in a database and ask for it to be corrected or deleted if it is inaccurate, incomplete, unclear or outdated. This is not an unrestricted right to deletion of all information.

Updates
The policy will be updated when the website's operation changes. The update date will appear at the top of the page. A policy change does not itself constitute consent to a new use of information.
